Asia Logistics Services UK Limited

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers of Asia Logistics Services UK Limited and should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Quotations and charges

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are based on the information supplied at the time. Charges may be revised where actual weight, dimensions or service requirements differ from those quoted.

2. Collection and delivery

Collection and delivery windows are provided in good faith. While we work to agreed timings, they are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a dedicated or time critical service has been booked and confirmed in writing.

3. Prohibited and restricted goods

Certain goods may not be carried, or may require special arrangements. You must declare the nature of any hazardous, restricted or high value items before collection.

4. Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be notified promptly and in writing, within the timeframes set out in our terms of carriage, with supporting evidence.

5. Insurance

Standard liability applies unless additional goods in transit or marine cover has been arranged and confirmed. We recommend appropriate cover for high value consignments.

6. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
